We’ve updated manual payment options to provide greater flexibility for course providers.

What’s Changing?

• “Cash” Payment Renamed → Now called “Manual Payment Handling”, giving course providers more flexibility to manage payments externally, such as accepting card payments via a card machine on the day, direct bank transfers, or other manual methods.

• Admins Can Customise Labels & Instructions:

  • Label: Customise how the payment method appears at checkout.

  • Notice: Add instructions, such as bank details or payment steps, for customers. This will be visible under the Labelwhen selected.

Note: Manual Payment Handling is available on Pro plans.
